Job summary

Perdue Farms is seeking a Feed Mill Dust Control Technician to help keep our feed mill running safely and efficiently. You will operate equipment, support receiving, dispatch, scheduling, and safety practices as part of a team focused on quality and continuous improvement.

Work hours are Monday–Friday 6:00am–3:00pm, with weekends as needed; you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in environments with dust and chemicals, using appropriate PPE.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing and math skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to unload deliveries.
• Shovel grain into bins.
• Pressure wash areas of the mill.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. reasonable distances.
• Fulfill other general housekeeping duties and assist other departments when called upon.
