dsm-firmenich in Anaheim, CA is seeking a Durarome Sift Operator to perform routine manufacturing tasks by following written instructions. You will operate sifting equipment, maintain documentation, and keep the workspace clean in alignment with regulatory standards.

You must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to troubleshoot plant operations, and have basic computer skills; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Durarome Sift Operator

Location: Anaheim, CA, US

The Durarome Sift Operator performs routine procedures following written work instructions to complete manufacturing processes. Operates production equipment. Maintains documentation on manufacturing processes to comply with organization and regulatory standards. Maintains clean manufacturing areas, equipment, and materials.

Your key responsibilities

• Adhere to all standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Responsible for plant Sifting operations to ensure maximum quality and quantity in accordance with the company’s operation objectives while maintaining a safe environment.
• Read batch cards, work orders, recipes, or formulas in order to operate sifting equipment per specification.
• May draw samples of products for laboratory analysis.
• Listen for malfunction alarms and shut down equipment and notify supervisors when necessary.
• Record production and data, such as processing steps, product characteristics, batches processed, etc.

You bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Able to troubleshoot, anticipate and correct problems associated with plant operations.
• Knowledge of computers, office applications and accounting software. Knowledge of SAP a plus.

The salary provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Hourly rate: $21.00-$23.00 per hour.
