Job summary

Mercy is seeking a DME Technician to deliver, install, and maintain home oxygen and other durable medical equipment at patients' homes. You will ensure proper documentation and timely pickup or delivery for reimbursement.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and 2 years of cumulative experience; preferred qualifications include an associate or technical degree and 4 years of applicable experience.

The DME Technician is responsible for the delivery, set-up and maintenance of all home oxygen, durable medical equipment and/or supplies in the patient's home. The DME Technician is responsible for correct documentation of all procedures performed and equipment delivered and/or picked up to expedite reimbursement. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
