Staffing is seeking a Senior CAE Engineer Durability in Dearborn, MI. You will perform structural and fatigue simulations, confirm design solutions, and correlate virtual results with physical data.

The role requires a BS in Mechanical Engineering, 10+ years in CAE with fatigue analysis, and expertise in ANSA, Hypermesh, NASTRAN, Abaqus and Fatigue tools. Hybrid work arrangement offered with four in-office days and one remote day.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in CAE, with a focus on fatigue analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of material science, fatigue (stress-life, strain-life), and structural mechanics.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural and fatigue simulations involving road loads.
• Conduct modal transient analysis and detailed studies with root-cause analyses.
• Correlate virtual results with physical data and communicate findings to Design & Release teams.
