Job summary

Westfall Technik, a fast-growing plastic injection molding company in the USA, is seeking a DuoPump Operator at our New Haven facility. The role focuses on assembling electro-mechanical devices, following detailed procedures, and ensuring quality through inspection and documentation.

You will work in a cleanroom environment, use PPE, and contribute to safe, efficient production. Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or GED, good communication, teamwork, and accuracy with small components.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent or demonstrated experience.
• Experience in assembly or manufacturing is preferred but not required.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electro mechanical devices per detailed procedures.
• Assemble components or products according to technical specifications.
• Inspect assembled products and document inspections for quality control.
• Identify and report defects to leads and QA personnel.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and follow safety requirements.
