Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in live event production or operations.
• Experience coordinating venue logistics, timelines, vendors and budgets.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams with strong organization.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Dunkman event production across global scale.
• Coordinate with agencies, venues, broadcast partners and internal teams.
• Maintain schedules, run-of-show docs and post-event learnings.
• Oversee credentialing, staffing, tickets and guest logistics.
• Support planning and execution of other Authentic Live events as capacity allows.
