Salema Management is hiring a Team Member for a Dunkin franchise in Longmeadow, MA. You will deliver fast, friendly service, prepare beverages and food to quality standards, and help maintain a clean, high-energy store environment.

We value teamwork, reliability, and strong guest satisfaction. Weekend availability is required, and training for SERV Safe/Allergen may be provided. Position offers flexible hours in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements

• Provide excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality
• Previous experience working in a cafe or quick service restaurant preferred
• Show passion about results by setting compelling targets and delivering on commitments
