Position Overview

The Shift Manager at Dunkin' Donuts is responsible for ensuring product quality, availability, efficiency, and delivering excellent customer service. Effective staff management and problem-solving are key responsibilities. A positive attitude and leadership by example are essential to make guests feel welcome and appreciated.

Responsibilities

1. Provide fast, friendly customer service to all guests.
2. Operate a POS system by taking orders and collecting payments.
3. Prepare and package customer orders to satisfaction.
4. Maintain cleanliness and readiness of cooking and prep areas.
5. Operate coffee and sandwich equipment.
6. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of menu items and ingredients.
7. Ensure food quality and quantity.

Minimum Requirements

1. Minimum age of 18.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Physical dexterity to move up to 50 lbs.
4. Ability to operate a computerized POS system.
5. Basic math, written, and verbal skills.
