Dan's Management Co. is a Dunkin franchisee serving Rhode Island and Connecticut. We are seeking PM Supervisors to coach team members, ensure guest service, and prep store for end-of-day closure.

This role emphasizes leadership, training, and adherence to brand standards, with opportunities for growth. We offer competitive hourly pay up to $18, plus tips, free coffee and donuts during shifts, and potential full-time benefits.

Formación

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age and have reliable transportation.
• Fluent in English.
• Capable of counting money and making change.
• Nights, weekends and holidays are required.

Responsabilidades

• Coaches Dunkin Restaurant Team Members to execute Brand standards and guest service.
• Deligates tasks, assigns duties, and motivates team with timely feedback.
• Welcomes and assists in training new crew members.
• Handles customer complaints and resolves issues promptly with urgency.
• Operates café equipment and processes POS transactions accurately.
• Performs additional duties as needed.

Job Description

P.M. Supervisors are generally responsible for coaching Dunkin Restaurant Team Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards, deliver great guest service and prepare the store for end of day closure. They set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others providing timely feedback.

Responsibilities

• Strong guest focus - greets and serves guests while providing excellent customer service.
• Anticipates and understands guest needs and strives to exceed expectations.
• Delegates tasks, maintains quality and quantity of all products during shifts.
• Welcome and assist in training of new crew members.
• Properly handle customer complaints, resolve guest issues quickly and with a sense of urgency.
• Follows direction, works well and interacts with others respectfully with a team approach.
• Maintains clean workstations, guest areas, and exterior as needed.
• Operates coffee, sandwich, ovens and other equipment to prepare, package and deliver menu items.
• POS transactions include entering orders and collecting payment with accuracy.
• Performs additional functions (essential or otherwise) which may be assigned as needed.

Operational Standards

• Comply with all restaurant's brand and franchisee policies and procedures.
• Follow safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable laws.

Skills and Qualifications

• Fluent in English
• Capable of counting money and making change
• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age and have reliable transportation.
• Nights, weekends and holiday are required.
