Job summary

Little General Network is seeking a Dunkin Team Member in Chapmanville, WV. The position offers hourly pay and flexible shifts, including full-time or part-time options. You will prepare food and beverages, follow brand standards, and provide excellent guest service in a fast-paced setting.

You will work to ensure accurate orders, maintain cleanliness, and support daily restaurant operations while engaging with guests and coworkers in a positive, team-oriented environment.

Restaurant Team Member Description

Franchisee Organization/Location: Little General Network

Reports To: Restaurant Manager

QualificationsResponsibilities Include:

• Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems
• Follow food safety standards
• Prepare food and beverages
• Assemble and package orders
• Understand the restaurant menu, including limited-time offers and promotions, and be able to answer guest questions
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Clean equipment, service areas, and guest areas
• Stock items, such as cups, lids, etc. at the workstation
• Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments (if applicable)
• Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guests
• Serve and communicate with guests
• Maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
• Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas
