Overview

A Restaurant Team Member is responsible for preparing food and beverages according to Brand standards, providing excellent guest service, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Responsibilities Include
  • Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems
  • Adhere to food safety standards
  • Prepare food and beverages
  • Assemble and serve orders to guests
  • Understand the menu, including promotions, and answer guest questions
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation
  • Clean equipment and guest areas
  • Stock items such as cups and lids
  • Take orders at Drive Thru or Front Counter POS and handle payments (if applicable)
  • Achieve speed of service standards
  • Serve and communicate effectively with guests
  • Maintain a guest-focused culture
  • Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
  • Organize and maintain stock and refrigerated areas
Requirements
