Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers with a smile.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu and promotions.
• Accurately complete drink, donut, and food item orders according to standards.
• Process cash, credit card, gift card and Dunkin perks transactions.
• Answer customer questions and make recommendations as needed.
• Keep Front of House clean and stocked; manage tables, chairs, and dining area.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Leave customers with a positive, long-lasting impression of their Dunkin’ experience.
