Overview

A Restaurant Team Member prepares food and beverages per operational standards, provides excellent guest service, and maintains a clean, safe workspace.

Responsibilities Include
  • Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems
  • Adhere to food safety standards
  • Prepare food and beverages
  • Assemble and serve orders
  • Understand menu items, promotions, and answer guest questions
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization
  • Stock supplies at workstation
  • Take orders at Drive Thru or Front Counter POS and handle payments
  • Achieve speed of service standards
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team
  • Organize stock room and refrigerated areas
