Summary

As a Restaurant Crew Member, you will play a key role in delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service to customers. Responsibilities include preparing food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards, operating the register, and ensuring an excellent guest experience. This role requires strong teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and upholding company values.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Follow brand standards, recipes, and systems.
  2. Adhere to food safety standards.
  3. Prepare food and beverages.
  4. Assemble and package orders and serve to guests.
  5. Understand the restaurant menu, including limited-time offers and promotions, and be able to answer guest questions.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
  7. Clean equipment and guest areas.
  8. Stock items such as cups, lids, etc., at the workstation.
  9. Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter POS and handle payments (when applicable).
  10. Follow and achieve speed of service standards.
  11. Serve and communicate effectively with guests.
  12. Maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant.
  13. Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers.
  14. Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas.

Qualifications

Minimum 16 years of age.

Physical Demands

The associate must be able to move/lift up to 20 lbs.
