Job description

Summary

As a Restaurant Crew Member, you will deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service to customers. Responsibilities include preparing food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards, operating the register, and ensuring an excellent guest experience. This role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude, upholding company values.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Follow brand standards, recipes, and systems.
  2. Adhere to food safety standards.
  3. Prepare food and beverages.
  4. Assemble and package orders, serve to guests.
  5. Understand the menu, including promotions, and answer guest questions.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
  7. Clean equipment and guest areas.
  8. Stock items such as cups, lids, etc., at the workstation.
  9. Take orders at Drive Thru or Front Counter POS and handle payments (if applicable).
  10. Achieve speed of service standards.
  11. Serve and communicate effectively with guests.
  12. Maintain a guest-focused culture.
  13. Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers.
  14. Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas.

Requirements

Minimum age: 16 years.

Physical Demands

Ability to move/lift up to 20 lbs.
