Position Summary

A Crew Member greets and serves guests, prepares and packages food, operates a Point of Sale (POS) system, maintains sanitation and safety standards, and completes daily paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly customer service to all guests
• Operate POS system, take orders, and process payments
• Prepare and package customer orders
• Maintain cleanliness of cooking and prep areas
• Operate coffee and sandwich equipment
• Know menu items and ingredients thoroughly
• Ensure food quality and quantity

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum age of 16
• Excellent communication skills
• Physical ability to move up to 50 lbs
• Ability to operate a computerized POS system
• Basic math and communication skills
• Enthusiasm and team-oriented attitude
• Commitment to excellent customer service
