Join us as a Dunkin Crew Member at Gilligan Company LLC! We are hiring immediately for this entry-level, full-time position in the restaurant industry.

Position Summary

A Crew Member greets and serves guests, prepares and packages food, operates a Point of Sale (POS) system, maintains sanitation and safety standards, and completes daily paperwork.

Responsibilities

1. Provide fast, friendly customer service to all guests.
2. Operate a POS system by taking orders and collecting payment.
3. Prepare and package customer orders to satisfaction.
4. Maintain cleanliness of cooking and prep areas.
5. Operate coffee and sandwich equipment.
6. Demonstrate knowledge of menu items and ingredients.
7. Ensure food quality and quantity.

Minimum Requirements

1. Minimum age of 16.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Physical ability to move up to 50 lbs.
4. Ability to operate a computerized POS system.
5. Basic math, written, and verbal skills.
6. Enthusiasm, teamwork, and commitment to excellent customer service.
