Position Overview

As a Crew Member, you will greet and serve guests, prepare and package food, operate a Point of Sale (POS) system, and maintain sanitation and safety standards in the work area. You will also complete daily paperwork and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly customer service to all guests.
• Operate a POS system by taking orders and collecting payment.
• Prepare and package customer orders to their satisfaction.
• Clean and prepare cooking and prep areas.
• Operate coffee and sandwich equipment.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menu items and ingredients.
• Ensure food quality and quantity.

Minimum Requirements
