Position Overview:

• Greets and serves guests, prepares and packages food, operates a Point of Sale (POS) system, maintains sanitation and safety standards, and completes daily paperwork.

Responsibilities:

• Provide fast, friendly customer service.
• Operate POS system, take orders, and process payments.
• Prepare and package customer orders.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and operate coffee and sandwich equipment.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menu items and ingredients.
• Ensure food quality and quantity.
