Position Summary:

A Crew Member greets and serves guests, prepares and packages food, operates a Point of Sale (POS) system, maintains sanitation and safety standards, and completes daily paperwork.

Responsibilities:

1. Provides fast, friendly customer service to all guests.
2. Operates a POS system by taking orders and collecting payment.
3. Prepares and packages customer orders to their satisfaction.
4. Cleans and prepares cooking and prep areas.
5. Operates coffee and sandwich equipment.
6. Demonstrates complete knowledge of menu items and ingredients.
7. Ensures food quality and quantity.

Requirements:

1. Minimum age is 16.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Physical dexterity required (ability to move up to 50 lbs).
4. Ability to operate a computerized POS system.
5. Basic math and written/verbal skills.
6. Enthusiasm and team spirit.
7. Commitment to excellent customer service.
