Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers as they enter the cafe/store with a friendly smile.
• Efficiently and accurately take food and beverage/coffee orders.
• Food Handling: Light cooking on the Grill.
• Operate a cash register efficiently, including cash handling and credit card transactions.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management.
• Help customers navigate the store and answer their questions about our menu.
• Be knowledgeable about the surrounding businesses and Airport areas.
• Report pricing, out-of-date, and inventory issues to management.
• Stock merchandise and keep an eye on inventory levels.
• Help maintain a neat and clean cafe/store, including sweeping, dusting, and taking out the trash.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
