Job summary

Brewing Brand is hiring Bakers/Finishers to join our Dunkin’ network, offering early hours, tips, and no-experience training. You’ll prepare donuts and baked goods to brand standards and serve guests with enthusiasm in a clean, fast-paced environment.

As part of a franchise team, you’ll learn recipes, operate bakery equipment, and grow with opportunities across the Brewing Brand network. This entry-level role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and customer focus.

Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• Basic computer skills; some training conducted online.
• Previous baking experience is preferred but not required—training provided.
• Ability to operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare products following recipes and procedures (bagels, croissants, muffins).
• Fill, frost and apply toppings per brand specs.
• Finish required quantities of each variety.
• Set up donut case to brand standards.
• Brew all iced and hot coffee before opening.
• Ensure all equipment is clean and sanitary.
• Comply with restaurant, brand and franchisee policies.

Overview:

Bakers/Finishers are responsible for preparing products according to operational and quality standards and serving them with enthusiasm in a clean environment. They work as part of a team to meet our Guests’ needs and give them a reason to come back.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare all products following appropriate recipes and procedures, including but not limited to, bagels, croissants, muffins.
• Fill, frost and apply toppings per Dunkin’ Brand specifications.
• Responsible for finishing the required quantity of each variety.
• Set up donut case to Brand standards.
• Brew all iced and hot coffee prior to restaurant opening.
• Ensure all equipment is clean and sanitary.
• Comply with all restaurant, Brand, and franchisee policies.

Education/Experience:

• No education requirement
• Must have basic computer skills; some of the training is conducted online.
• Previous baking experience preferred but, not necessary (We’ll train you!)
• Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills based on analysis, experience and judgement.

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:

• Ability to stand on feet for extended periods of time.
• Repetitive motion, including bending, stooping and reaching.
• Ability to lift items, including boxes, baskets and pails up to 50 lbs.
