Job summary

Brewing Brand in Florida's Dunkin' network is hiring Bakers/Finishers to start early shifts and serve guests with enthusiasm. You will prepare bagels, croissants, muffins, and coffee, following Brand standards, with on-the-job training available.

No prior baking experience is required; training is provided. You will earn tips and grow within the Brewing Brand network while enjoying a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• No education required; on-the-job training available
• Must have basic computer skills; some training conducted online
• Previous baking experience preferred but not required (we'll train you)
• Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills based on analysis, experience and judgement

Responsibilities

• Prepare all products following recipes and procedures (bagels, croissants, muffins)
• Fill, frost and apply toppings per brand specifications
• Finish required quantity of each variety
• Set up donut case to Brand standards
• Brew all iced and hot coffee prior to restaurant opening
• Ensure all equipment is clean and sanitary
• Comply with all restaurant, Brand, and franchisee policies

Overview:

Bakers/Finishers are responsible for preparing products according to operational and quality standards and serving them with enthusiasm in a clean environment. They work as part of a team to meet our Guests' needs and give them a reason to come back.

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:

• Ability to stand on feet for extended periods of time.
