A Dunkin' Baker will be responsible for making a wide range of donuts, breads, pastries, and other baked products. The Baker position requires someone who is self-motivated, able to work within a specific schedule, capable of multitasking, and able to work overnight and early morning hours with little or no supervision.

As a Baker, you will need to follow and complete a daily par sheet, produce quality baked goods following strict Dunkin Donuts guidelines, and ensure company safety and cleanliness standards. Bakers are responsible for maintaining health department and food safety standards through proper food handling and cleanliness.

The role also involves handling physical requirements such as bending, kneeling, lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and working at a fast pace for extended hours. You will need basic reading and math skills, good communication skills, and the ability to interact with the public in a friendly manner. Flexibility to work in other positions within the operation and switch between roles as needed is also required. Candidates must be over 18 years old and able to learn to operate various baking and kitchen equipment.

This Dunkin' Donuts restaurant is an independently owned franchise of Safari Foods, Inc. If hired, you will be employed by the franchisee, who is responsible for wages, benefits, and employment conditions. Franchisees are independent business owners.
