We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager (AGM) to join our Dunkin' team. The Assistant Manager will support the Restaurant General Manager in their efforts to develop a team of dedicated people delivering friendly guest experiences, operational excellence, and profitable top line sales.

Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be able to work a minimum of five days per week; flexible 40 hours per week including weekends and nights. Shifts: 2 morning shifts and 3 night shifts (2pm -10pm)
1-2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably as a shift leader or assistant manager.
Strong leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team, delegate tasks effectively, and foster a positive work environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members.
Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and industry best practices for restaurant operations.
Basic financial acumen, with the ability to understand financial reports, manage inventory, and control expenses.
Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the needs of the business.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds, as needed for stocking and cleaning tasks.
Willingness to learn and follow Dunkin' and Company standards and procedures for food preparation, safety, and guest service.
ServSafe Food Handler certification or willingness to obtain certification within a specified timeframe.
Passion for delivering exceptional service and creating positive experiences for guests.
