Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating dump trucks and roll off trucks.
• CDL Class B required; Class A preferred.

Job description

Given ongoing construction and development plans, our current apartment portfolio of 6,000 plus units is expected to double in the next couple of years and rise to over 12,000 units in the next five years.

Given our rapid portfolio growth, coupled with ownership's desire to develop and hold rather than sell, the timing is ideal for qualified candidates to come on-board.

We're currently seeking a Dump Truck and Roll Off Driver for our multi-family portfolio of properties, previous experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Tandem/Tri axle Dump Trucks & Roll off trucks
• Haul material such as dirt, stone, asphalt & sand to and from job sites
• Haul 10yd, 20yd & 30yd garbage dumpsters from jobsites to the nearest waste facility
• Complete pre & post trip inspections
• Properly fill out required paperwork such as daily logs & delivery tickets
• Keep your truck clean and up to company standards

Qualifications

• CDL Class B is required but CDL Class A is preferred
• 2+ years’ experience operating a dump truck & roll off trucks
• Working knowledge of all waste facilities and material plants across NJ is a plus.
