$24.00/hr - $30.00/hr

Position Overview

Temp Stop Excavation and Utilities is seeking a highly motivated CDL Class A Dump Truck Driver with experience driving Tri-Axle Dump Trucks and End Dumps. The position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience and involves driving a tractor-trailer combination to transport materials to landfills and jobsites. Responsibilities include operating trucks safely, performing vehicle inspections, loading/unloading, and adhering to safety regulations.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Perform pre and post-trip inspections, report defects, and perform basic maintenance.
2. Operate trucks following safety regulations and company policies.
3. Load and unload materials, ensuring cargo security.
4. Maintain accurate driver logs and documentation.
5. Follow all safety protocols and regulations.
6. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in construction preferred.
• Ability to complete paperwork accurately.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, good physical condition, and ability to work in noisy environments.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License.
