Responsibilities

Looking for Night Shift Drivers for our Fredericksburg locations/Plants.

• Must have +5 MVR and at least 3 years of Dump Truck Driving experience to be considered.

Allan Myers is seeking an ambitious and dedicated Class B CDL driver to join our team of drivers. Enjoy industry-leading benefits and competitive pay. Our drivers work locally and return home safely after each shift.

This non-exempt position involves transporting construction materials to customer sites or various job locations. All work must comply with Allan Myers policies, procedures, and programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections on the assigned vehicle to ensure safety and identify any damage or tampering.
• Pickup materials such as dirt, stone, or asphalt, haul them to job sites, and deliver materials as directed, safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a truck log according to state and federal regulations and company policies.
• Communicate regularly with the dispatcher to follow delivery schedules and report any traffic or site condition issues promptly.
• Follow all guidelines for truck maintenance, cleanliness, and repairs as outlined in the Truck Driver's Handbook.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or required.
