The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and teamwork, with responsibilities including inspections, ticketing, route communication, and occasional self-loading assistance as needed. Home nightly with intra-state travel.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL required.
• Active DOT Medical Certification required.
• Minimum 2 years driving experience (construction or hauling preferred).
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
• Ability to work in a team oriented, fast paced environment.
• Commitment to safety and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a quad axle dump truck to haul aggregates and construction materials.
• Perform pre-trip, post-trip, and in-route inspections (DOT compliant).
• Ensure safe and accurate loading, transport, and unloading of materials.
• Verify delivery details, including cargo type, quantities, and destinations.
• Maintain and submit all delivery tickets and logs accurately.
• Communicate with dispatchers on routes and delivery updates.
• Provide professional customer service at job sites and plant locations.
• Perform preventative maintenance, including greasing equipment.
• Follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Attend safety meetings, toolbox talks, and required training sessions.
• Assist with self-loading using front-end loader when required.
