Job summary

PIM Brands is seeking a packaging line lead/operator to manage daily packaging operations on the Dumolin line in New Jersey. You will oversee operators, ensure safety, quality and on-time production while coordinating line changeovers and line cleanups.

The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing/packaging, experience with automated packaging equipment, and a background in GMP environments. We offer a strong benefits package and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of manufacturing, packaging, or equipment operation experience.
• Experience operating automated packaging equipment.
• Previous lead operator or line leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Dumolin packaging system and related line equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor line performance to meet production targets and quality specifications.
• Lead packaging line operators and coordinate daily activities.
• Support changeovers and efforts to reduce downtime and improve throughput.
• Ensure GMP compliance and accurate production documentation.
