Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in human services or nursing or certification as an Addictions Professional.
• Minimum of 4000 hours experience in a mental health or substance abuse treatment setting.
• Must attend pre-service/recertification seminars to obtain and maintain State certification as a DUI Evaluator/Supervisor.
• Master’s degree can substitute for two thousand hours of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides general case management services to DUI/SSS/IID persons served.
• Conducts interviews and recommends treatment needs and referrals.
• Performs initial psychosocial assessment for SSS applicants and supports licensure applications.
• Provides minimal crisis stabilization and life skills training.
• Performs up to 30 hours of DUI/SSS/IID appointments per week as needed.
• Acts as treatment liaison between clients and providers.
• Tracks DUI case records from receipt to storage.
• Assists with training of new evaluators.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
