Job summary

Guaranteed Service is seeking a Ductwork Installer in New Jersey. You will install, replace, modify, and repair residential ductwork to improve airflow and home comfort, while following safety and company standards.

The role requires attention to detail, use of hand and power tools, and the ability to work in tight spaces such as attics and crawlspaces. Valid driver's license and a professional attitude are important.

Qualifications

• Previous HVAC, ductwork or residential construction experience preferred.
• Experience installing or fabricating residential ductwork is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Strong mechanical ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and installation equipment.
• Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, basements and confined spaces.

Pay:$28–$35 per hour, based on experience and performance

Job Type: Full-time, year-round

Schedule: Monday–Friday with rotating weekends

What You’ll Do

As a Ductwork Installer, you’ll install, replace, modify, and repair residential ductwork systems to improve airflow, efficiency, and overall home comfort. This role is essential in supporting quality HVAC installations while ensuring every job is completed safely, professionally, and to company standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous HVAC, ductwork, sheet metal, or residential construction experience preferred
• Experience installing or fabricating residential ductwork is a plus
