Job summary

FL HVAC Services is hiring an HVAC Installer with strong ductwork skills to fabricate and install ductwork in premium homes. You will help with full system installs and learn the engineering side of our work, delivering airflow and humidity control that customers value.

We train you in airflow engineering and building performance, with above-market pay, performance bonuses, and clear paths for advancement as we expand across the state.

• Strong ductwork installation skills.
• General HVAC installation experience is a plus, but we will train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate ductboard and install ductwork to spec.
• Install and seal supply and return duct systems for proper airflow.
• Assist with installing air handlers, furnaces, coils, heat pumps, package units.
• Remove and replace existing ductwork and components.
• Support system startup, testing, and quality checks.
• Keep the jobsite organized, clean, safe, and efficient.
• Follow engineered designs to deliver airflow and performance as specified.
• Do every job right the first time.

About the Role

We're hiring an HVAC Installer with strong ductwork skills. Your primary focus will be fabricating and installing ductwork correctly — because in our homes, proper duct design is what delivers the airflow, humidity control, and comfort our customers expect. You'll also assist with full system installs and learn the engineering side of what we do.

What We're Looking For

• Strong ductwork installation skills (primary requirement)
• General HVAC installation experience a plus — but we will train the right person to become far better than they are today
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Ability to pass background screening
• Own tools, or willingness to acquire them
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to grow
