Job summary

Carolina Spiral & Duct Fabrication, LLC is seeking an experienced Welder to join our Charlotte-based team. You will work with the Shop Foreman and Superintendent to meet production schedules, fabricate duct segments, and weld components in multiple positions using MIG, TIG, and Stick processes.

Qualifications include a minimum of 2 years of duct welding, ability to pass an in-house welding test, and owning personal welding hood and tools.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass in-house welding test.
• Must have own hand tools including welding hood.

Responsibilities

• Meet production schedule with Shop Foreman and Superintendent.
• Weld components in flat, vertical or overhead positions.
• Fabricate and assemble duct segments and fittings per plans.
• Operate welding equipment for MIG, TIG, stick processes.
• Inspect welds and ensure conformance to specs.
• Follow safety policies and report any issues.
