Qualifications

• Follow safety procedures in attics, crawlspaces, and tight areas.
• Maintain and inspect cleaning tools and equipment.
• Communicate professionally with customers and explain processes.
• Ensure work meets company standards and leaves homes clean.
• Document services performed and report issues.
• Take before-and-after photos for quality control.
• Collaborate with HVAC or plumbing teams on job sites.
• Represent the company professionally.
