Job summary

AAA Service, an established Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, and Sewer & Drain company serving the Metro Denver area since 1983, is hiring a duct cleaning technician. You will perform HVAC component cleaning, follow safety procedures, and work in attics/crawlspaces; you will use approved tools and be part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

We offer top-tier pay $25-$30/hour with commission/bonuses, weekly paydays, comprehensive benefits, 401(k) with match, paid time off, no on-call

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Comfortable operating duct cleaning tools and working in attics/crawlspaces.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform duct, vent, and HVAC component cleaning using approved tools and equipment.
• Follow safety procedures when working in attics, crawlspaces, and tight areas.
• Maintain and inspect duct cleaning tools, vacuums, and machinery.
• Communicate professionally with customers and explain the cleaning process.
• Ensure all work meets company standards and homes are left clean post-service.
• Document services performed and report any system issues or concerns.
• Take before-and-after photos for quality control when required.
• Collaborate with HVAC or plumbing teams as needed on job sites.
• Represent the company professionally.
