Apex Plumbing, Electric, Heating & Air in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a motivated Duct Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. You will perform air duct, vent, and HVAC cleaning, set up equipment, and ensure quality service for every customer.

You should be comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and tight spaces, able to lift equipment, and committed to safety and reliability. We offer hands-on training, a full-time onsite role, and benefits to support your health and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in air duct or HVAC cleaning is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and follow cleaning procedures.
• Comfortable working in attics and confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Perform air duct, vent, and HVAC system cleaning.
• Set up and operate duct cleaning equipment, vacuums, brushes, and other tools.
• Inspect ductwork and identify potential issues or damage.
• Protect floors, furniture, and customer property during service.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate professionally with customers and explain services performed.
• Complete job documentation and photos when required.
• Follow all company safety procedures and standards.
• Previous duct cleaning, HVAC, construction, or maintenance experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and follow proper cleaning procedures.
• Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, basements, and confined spaces.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials.
• Valid driver's license preferred/required.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
• Professional attitude and good customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
