Job Responsibilities

• DCT ISO knowledge and understanding is a plus
• Commercial Auto, General Liability, Inland Marine & Package knowledge
• Problem-solving skills
• Experience working with offshore resources
• Experience with Duck Creek Technologies is a must (provide demos of the system during reviews)
• Knowledge & experience with MS Word & Excel (document creation, properties, fields, formatting, etc.)
• Ability to provide clear communications to client Business Unit
• Provide open communication and support to the Business Unit as well as internal Team Leads and IT Team
• Experience in providing support to the Executive Management Team
• Ability to work within a team environment while also maintaining the ability to be independently motivated
• Ability to work remotely and maintain accessibility
• Well-versed with US P&C Insurance. Should have experience working on Insurance Product implementation, requirements gathering, documentation, gap analysis, functional design, and solutions.
