Englefield, Inc. is seeking a Duchess Store Manager to lead daily store operations in Columbus, OH. You will supervise staffing, inventory, and financial performance while fostering a safe, welcoming environment for customers and staff.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including staffing, inventory, and financial performance

Other Qualifications include, but are not limited to walking, standing, squatting, lifting, carrying, and reaching. Ability to work in demanding circumstances including variable temperatures, indoors and outdoors.

• Experience – 2+ years of management experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles

• Operational know-how – Skilled in inventory, scheduling, cash handling, and vendor relations
• Problem-solving mindset – Quick on your feet, calm under pressure, and solution-oriented
• Tech comfort – Familiar with POS systems, scheduling tools, and basic software (Word, Excel, Email)
• ServeSafe certification – Required or willingness to obtain
