Job summary

Englefield Retail in Worthington, OH is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, coaching a high-performing team, and ensuring outstanding customer service.

You will oversee staffing, inventory, safety, and budget performance while fostering a welcoming environment for customers and employees; leadership by example is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to coach teams.
• Operational know-how in inventory, scheduling, cash handling and vendor relations.
• Problem-solving mindset and calm under pressure.
• Experience with POS systems and basic software (Word, Excel).
• ServeSafe certification or willingness to obtain.

What You’ll Do

• Other Qualifications include, but is not limited to walking, standing, squatting, lifting, carrying, and reaching. Ability to work in demanding circumstances including variable temperatures, indoors and outdoors.
