Duchess is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, staff recruitment, training, and financial performance while upholding our community-first service standard.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of management experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles.
• A natural coach who motivates teams and leads by example.
• Inventory, scheduling, cash handling, and vendor relations experience.
• Problem-solving mindset; calm under pressure and solutions-oriented.
• Tech savvy with POS systems and basic software (Word, Excel, Email).
• ServeSafe certification required or willingness to obtain.

What You’ll Do

• Other Qualifications include, but are not limited to walking, standing, squatting, lifting, carrying, and reaching. Ability to work in demanding circumstances including variable temperatures, indoors and outdoors.
