What You’ll Do

• Support store operations including staffing, inventory, and shift leadership
• Coach and train team members to deliver friendly, efficient service
• Ensure the store stays clean, safe, and customer‑ready
• Step in to lead when the Store Manager is away to help drive performance goals and maintain compliance standards
• Build relationships with customers, vendors, and your team
• Other qualifications include walking, standing, squatting, lifting, carrying, and reaching; ability to work in demanding circumstances including variable temperatures, indoors and outdoors
