The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's in hospitality or business, 4–7 years in concierge or luxury lifestyle management, and a proven ability to maintain discretion and build premium client relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
4–7 years of experience in concierge services, luxury hospitality, or lifestyle management.
Experience working with high-net-worth individuals or premium clientele is preferred.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and understand their preferences.
Manage travel, dining, events, and luxury experiences for clients.
Coordinate reservations, bookings, and exclusive access to venues and services.
Ensure seamless service delivery and maintain detailed client records.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all client interactions.
Prepare reports and updates for management as required.
