New licensees receive real mentorship, education, and a real path to the chair, with training in cutting, color theory, and consultation through Redken education and in-house programs.

Qualifications

• Licensed cosmetologist or barber in good standing in California.
• Friendly, warm demeanor and professional presentation.
• Comfortable with phone and front desk responsibilities.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests, manage calls, book and reschedule appointments, and process payments.
• Maintain guest records and ensure a clean, organized reception and waiting area.
• Assist licensed stylists on the salon floor and support color services as needed.
