CHS Inc. is seeking a hands-on Fill Mill Operations Specialist at our Dickinson, ND location.

This dual-function role supports both Agronomy and Animal Nutrition operations, with roughly six months in each area, focusing on fertilizer handling, warehouse operations, and feed production activities. Ideal candidates enjoy physical work and diverse responsibilities, with exposure to loading, packaging, warehousing, and safety procedures within a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Agriculture experience preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile.
• Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business demands.

Responsibilities

• Support Animal Nutrition production: bagging, pelleting, packing, mixing, control room operations.
• Load, unload, stage finished feed and raw materials.
• Repeatedly lift 55–75 lb feed bags.
• Operate forklifts; manage inventory and staging.
• Use payloader to move dry fertilizer materials.
• Perform light preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and sanitation.
• Follow safety policies and procedures while operating equipment.
• Collaborate with team to meet production, inventory, customer service goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
