Responsibilities
- Drive departmental financial performance by monitoring budgets, managing costs, and optimizing revenue opportunities.
- Align leadership resources to ensure efficient operations and high-quality guest experiences.
- Develop and implement strategic and mid-term plans to meet departmental goals and promote growth.
- Lead initiatives based on Guest Satisfaction Scores (GSS), Balanced Scorecards (BSA), Associate Engagement Surveys (AES), P&L performance, and turnover metrics.
- Identify, mentor, and promote high-potential managers to build a strong leadership pipeline.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless operations and a positive work environment.

- Previous Food and Beverage management and leadership experience is required.
