Riverside Community Care seeks a Dual Recovery Clinician to join our PACT team in Needham and the surrounding area. You will provide assessment, engagement, direct service and program consultation for individuals with co‑occurring mental illness and substance use issues.

The role emphasizes staff training in evidence‑based interventions to promote dual recovery, with a 40‑hour work week and a salary of $78,197.39 per year.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with independent licensure as LADCI/LADC2 or LMHC/LICSW is required.
• Experience delivering recovery‑oriented services to individuals with co‑occurring mental illness and substance use disorders.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to educate staff on evidence‑based practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, engagement, direct service, and program consultation for clients on the PACT team.
• Model and train staff in interventions to support dual recovery and community integration.
• Coordinate with community resources and ensure mobile, person‑centered care.
