Responsibilities
  1. Perform repairs, overhauls, and preventative maintenance, including cleaning, on all slot machines.
  2. Set up and check out new slot machines.
  3. Handle breakdown, relocation, and setup of slot machines and stands.
  4. Respond promptly to technical issues and guest complaints.
  5. Verify communication accuracy of slot games with internal systems; troubleshoot issues.
  6. Notify Slot Shift Manager of pertinent issues.
  7. Maintain slot floor security by reporting suspicious activity.
  8. Stay informed of gaming laws and internal controls.
  9. Participate in special projects like RAM clears, key chipping, machine moves, conversions, and upgrades.
  10. Maintain knowledge of all games for repairs and maintenance.
  11. Knowledge of player tracking systems is a plus but not required.
Job Specifications
  • Experience in slot technology or electronics preferred but not required.
  • Ability to learn independently and with supervision.
  • Heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • High school diploma or GED required; electronics experience preferred.
  • Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
  • Must obtain a Maine gaming license.
  • Approve slot payouts within internal control limits.
  • Comply with regulations and perform minor repairs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and guest service on the casino floor.
Physical Demands & Work Environment

Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force, with frequent physical activities like standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling. Exposure to loud noise is possible.
