ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
F&B Supervisor
- Supervise bartending and serving staff for a specific outlet
- Review staffing levels and assign work accordingly
- Coordinate menu changes with kitchen staff
- Resolve guest complaints following standard procedures
- Monitor and order supplies within budget
- Develop staff schedules for optimal service
- Ensure cash drawer accuracy and oversee cash handling
- Train and update staff on policies and procedures
- Conduct inventory and requisitions
- Coach and counsel staff as needed
- Lead daily shift meetings and ensure cleanliness and operational standards
- Work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends
- Maintain professionalism with guests and staff
- Possess basic menu, liquor, and wine knowledge; suggest wine pairings
- Greet, seat, and handle reservations
- Assist staff to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle guest requests and public relations
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
F&B Server
- Adhere to company and department policies
- Maintain professionalism with guests and colleagues
- Know menu items and basic wine and liquor knowledge
- Take and deliver orders, follow service standards
- Process payments accurately
- Suggest items to increase sales
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends
- Provide friendly and efficient service
- Serve beverages promptly and maintain station cleanliness
- Respond to guest needs and requests
- Follow safety rules
- Prepare station for shifts
