We are currently seeking a dedicated and versatile individual to fill the dual role of CDL A Truck Driver and Amusement Crew Member.

Position Overview:

As a dual-position team member, you will be responsible for transporting our amusement equipment to various locations and assisting in the setup, operation, and dismantling of rides and attractions. This role requires a combination of excellent driving skills, mechanical aptitude, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Truck Driver Responsibilities

• Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle (CDL A) to transport amusement equipment to and from event sites.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain detailed logs for driving hours and vehicle maintenance.
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local traffic laws and regulations.
• Assist in loading and unloading equipment as required, ensuring safe handling practices.

Amusement Crew Member Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup, operation, and dismantling of amusement rides and attractions at various locations.
• Safely operate rides while ensuring the safety and enjoyment of guests.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and handling any concerns.
• Conduct safety checks and inspections of rides and equipment before operation.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure the safety and well-being of all staff and guests.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL A license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience; experience with transporting large or specialized equipment is a plus.
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an amusement or entertainment setting.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
